ACTICOAT™ 7, 4” x 5”, Non-Adhesive. A 5 layer antimicrobial barrier dressing with Silcryst™ Nanocrystals and an absorbent inner core with a longer, 7 day wear time. Sterile.
Features:
• An effective barrier to a broad spectrum of wound micro organisms
• Kills bacteria in vitro in as little as 30 minutes, 2-5 times faster than other forms of silver
• Destroys bacteria within the dressing and at the wound site and the antimicrobial barrier remains effective for up to 7 days, increasing convenience for patient and caregivers
