• Dermarite has issued a recall on certain skin care products. Facilities should follow the instructions in Dermarite’s recall letter for removing affected product from stock — this is the official source of truth.
• The recall only affects Dermarite skin care products. Dermarite wound care products are not impacted, as they are manufactured in a separate facility.
• To help minimize disruption, Geriatric Medical has sourced an assortment of quality replacement products available for immediate ordering. We will continue to expand alternatives and keep you updated as new items are added. (Links to alternative below)
• If you have affected product on hand, please follow the disposal instructions outlined in Dermarite's recall notice. The manufacturer has requested that recalled items be disposed of at your facility and not returned.
• To receive credit, simply email [email protected] with the completed Credit Request Form. Our team will respond promptly with a credit memo and amount. You may also include a replacement order in the same email.
