Return Policy

Effective 1/20/2020
Due to a global shortage of personal protection products and the resulting price instability, all purchases of personal protection products made on or after January 20th, 2020 will be non-returnable and exempt from our usual Return Policy.  The personal protection products include but are not limited to: COVID-19 test kits, facemasks, isolation gowns, gloves, hand sanitizer, thermometers, and disinfectants of all kinds. 

General Overview
All products with the exception of special-order (custom) or manufacturer discontinued items can be returned for 100% credit without any obligation if returned within 30 days of purchase. Geriatric Medical will only accept products returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Enteral Formula and products with less than 6 month shelf life (based on products’ expiration date) must be returned within 90 days of invoice date and are subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our Customer Service Department at 781-305-3144 or you can submit your return request online from the Invoice History Page. To obtain a Return Authorization Number by phone, please have the invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return available.

Return Authorization Numbers
Each return must include a Return Authorization Number. Unsolicited returns and returns without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a processing fee or may be returned at senders’ expense. All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Returns are subject to inspection by Geriatric Medical. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold.

31 - 60 days 15% or $25 Minimum 
61 - 90 days 25% or $25 Minimum 
90 Days or Greater not returnable

The issuance of a RGA # is not a guarantee of a credit and all returns are subject to the terms of the Return Goods Policy.

Damages & Shortages
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department at 781-305-3144 within 24 hours from receipt of the order, or Geriatric Medical shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement.

Products Shipped in Error
Customer must notify Geriatric Medical of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error are returnable for full credit, as long as the return is made within thirty (30) days of receipt.
