The Massachusetts Senior Care Association represents a diverse set of organizations that deliver a broad spectrum of services to meet the needs of older adults and people with disabilities. Mass Senior Care members include more than 500 nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living residences, residential care facilities and continuing care retirement communities.


LeadingAge Massachusetts is the only organization representing the full continuum of mission-driven, not-for-profit providers of health care, housing, and services for older persons in Massachusetts.  Members of LeadingAge Massachusetts provide housing and services to more than 25,000 older persons in the Commonwealth each year.  

The Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter can help you in many ways. We offer a variety of programs and services for people with Alzheimer’s disease and their family and friends. These programs and services provide information, education, support, and guidance for every stage of the Alzheimer’s journey. Due to the generosity of our donors, most programs and services are free.  

The Massachusetts Assisted Living Association is a nonprofit association dedicated to professionally operated assisted living residences in Massachusetts that provide housing services for individuals with varied needs and income levels. Mass-ALA serves the voices of assisted living in Massachusetts, providing information and education and advocating on behalf of our members and the seniors they serve. Mass-ALA promotes a model of care which treats all residents with dignity, provides privacy and encourages independence and freedom of choice.

Connecticut

Established in 1929, the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities is the state’s largest not for profit member association representing profit and not for profit health care facilities providing long-term, subacute and rehabilitative services to nearly 20,000 Connecticut citizens; and allied health-care related businesses and organizations.

LeadingAge Connecticut is a membership organization representing over 130 not for profit provider organizations serving older adults and disabled individuals across the continuum of services, supports and housing, including nursing homes, residential care homes, housing for the elderly, life plan communities, adult day services, home health care agencies and assisted living.

The Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter is the primary source of information and support to the thousands of Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

Rhode Island

RIHCA serves as a force for change within the long term care field, providing information, education, and administrative tools for its member nursing homes as well as consumers and policymakers. Our goal is to enhance long term, rehabilitation and subacute care services at entry level.

We were founded in 1989 as a not for profit membership organization comprised of not for profit providers of aging services. Our diverse membership includes not for profit nursing homes, assisted living residences and senior housing providers, as well as adult day health services. Every day, our members help thousands of older Rhode Islanders and their families by providing the services that individuals need, when they need them, in the place they call home.

The Rhode Island Chapter provides education, personal support and advocacy around key issues of concern to those persons in RI affected by AD and related disorders. Although the chapter is affiliated with the National Alzheimer’s Association, it is supported solely by donations from individuals as well as by public and private foundation grants.

Rhode Island Assisted Living Association’s (RIALA) mission is to represent the interests of assisted living communities in Rhode Island by advocating for the highest level of independence and quality of life for our residents. RIALA serves as the voice of assisted living in Rhode Island by providing information and education, and advocating on behalf of our valued members and the population they serve.

New Hampshire / Maine

LeadingAge Maine & New Hampshire is the association of not-for-profit, senior living communities and care providers in Maine and New Hampshire. Member organizations include nursing homes, assisted living communities, federally-assisted and market rate housing, home and community bases services, and life plan communities.  

NHHCA - New Hampshire Health Care Association

The New Hampshire Health Care Association, established in 1951, is the largest association of long-term care providers in NH. Our members included skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities throughout the state of NH.

MHCA is a nonprofit trade association representing Maine nursing homes and assisted living / residential care facilities. Members provide a range of long term care services that may include skilled nursing, rehabilitation or post-acute care, hospice, adult day care and independent living services.

New Hampshire Association of Counties

The New Hampshire Association of Counties represents government in New Hampshire. The organization is a state-wide association, which includes the 30 elected Country Commissioners as well as all elected county officials and the professionals and staff who run County government in all ten counties.

National / Regional

The American Health Care Association is a non-profit federation of affiliate state health organizations, together representing more than 13,500 non-profit and for-profit nursing facility, assisted living, developmentally-disabled, and subacute care providers that care for approximately one million elderly and disabled individuals each year.

Founded in 1988, the Home Medical Equipment and Services Association of New England is the regional trade association for providers of home medical equipment and supplies, home oxygen and infusion therapy, and complex rehabilitation technology in the six New England States

DFree | Triple W Partners with National Association for Continence (NAFC)  to Promote Bladder Health

National Association for Continence is a national, private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with incontinence, voiding dysfunction, and related pelvic floor disorders. NAFC’s purpose is to be the leading source for public education and advocacy about the causes, prevention, diagnosis, treatments, and management alternatives for incontinence.

The New England Alliance, supporting long term care administrators and other professionals through quality education, networking, and social events. We are committed to advancing the quality of leadership throughout the continuum of the long term care.

The Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) is the trade association representing medical products distributors. Since 1902, HIDA has provided leadership in the healthcare distribution industry. Membership in HIDA provides a wide range of resources and relationships that help companies perform profitably within today’s complex healthcare supply chain.
